We're excited to announce Florence has been selected to take part in the AWS Healthcare Accelerator: Global Cohort for Workforce.
During this four-week program for startups, we’ll look for practical solutions to urgent challenges facing the healthcare workforce. We’ll explore how AWS can improve training, retention and work opportunities for nurses, care assistants and support workers.
It’s a great chance to make meaningful change, and we can’t wait to get stuck in.
Hands-on learning and mentorship
Participating in the AWS Healthcare Accelerator is a golden chance to boost our innovation efforts for healthcare professionals and organisations. We'll receive hands-on AWS Cloud and technical training, mentorship from healthcare leaders and exposure to AWS customers and members of the AWS Partner Network.
We’ll also be able to showcase our platform and speak to industry experts about how to improve Florence. We can use what we learn to empower nurses, care assistants and support workers, as well as the health and social care organisations we partner with.
Using tech to tackle the staffing gap
We’re on a mission to solve the global staffing shortage and we’re excited about how participating in the AWS Healthcare Accelerator will help support Florence’s goals.
