Florence partners with Care England to help support continuity of care

We're thrilled to announce Florence is partnering with Care England, the leading representative body for care providers in England.

We're working with Care England to help members of all sizes, from single-site nursing homes to national care groups, improve continuity of care for their residents.

Members will get continuity-focussed thought leadership and webinars from Florence, as well as a Florence Academy training module specially developed for carers.

The partnership supports Care England's mission to help providers deliver the high-quality care communities deserve.

Dr. Charles Armitage, our CEO and co-founder, says:

“Florence is proud to collaborate with Care England to help care providers simplify and improve their staffing. Our goal is to help members fill shifts with people they trust in a few button-taps, helping them build and maintain an engaged, high-performing team. We believe this partnership will support the industry in embracing technology to help everyone deliver better care.”

Prof. Martin Green, Chief Executive of Care England, says:

"Securing the right staff is one of the biggest challenges for the care sector and Care England is pleased to be working in partnership with Florence because the service they provide will help care providers to efficiently manage their staffing requirements and maintain the continuity and quality of care."

With 45% of care providers saying the amount of time they spend on admin tasks impacts care, and 43% calling out rota scheduling as their most time-consuming weekly admin, Florence's staffing app helps ease this burden, freeing more time for care.
